And when he twice reported to his superiors, what did THEY do? Did they simply send him back into the White House, KNOWING he was functioning as a spy, rather than as a supporting staff member?

DU ha the FBI does investigations on US citizens but they are too busy investigating Trump. and you just don’t name a political opponent with a foreign officer on an open channel. you have minions for that like Giuliani.
