No matter what the Pelosi Dem leftists do, President Trump still can use executive privilege to deny Shiff’s kangaroo court documents and staff testimony.
What Schiff and Pelosi are up to is the drafting of a Bill of Attainder, in relation to President Trump, NOT letters of impeachment. Bills of attainder are prohibited by Article one of the Constitution.
President Trump also has that argument on his shelf, yet unused. Soon we likely will hear of it. Shifty King Shiff! LOL.
