During Trump era some Chinese Companies were raising investment funds on Wall Street. This curtailed under Trump and thanks to Trump. I expect this to make a come back under China Sellout Joe Biden.

Yes, more or less, this thread is about Chinese activities to improve their semiconductor industry and become independent. (When they are independent, it is a big threat to all of us) They are using all methods in the book from legal purchase to industrial espionage.
