LTC Kenneth King, The Commanding Officer of US Army 306th Military Police Battalion, who was the CO who effectively shut down Camp Bucca. He was the last CO, there in 2009. I believe when confronted with DOD documentation showing he was released much earlier, LTC King, recanted his story. Considering Bucca was a HUGE prison, and Bagdhadi was a low risk, low level detainee, it would be strange for anyone to have any reason to remember him by name. The DOD says he was released in December 2004.
