Chris Wallace at Fox questioned VP Pence why Pres. Trump did not notify Pelosi about that al-Baghdadi’s demise.
The answer is because he does not have to. The answer is that POTUS does not answer to her.
The Constitution does not require the President to consult a the Speaker on any military matter...it would only be a courtesy.....she lost that the day she walked out of the National Security meeting on Syria.
