Unfortunately, the beginnings of the CIA in the late 40's mandated that it was allowed to be a rouge operation. It always has been and only got worse as it went along. To creating terror types like Ben Laden,Castro and al Baghdadi just to name a few.

One of their worst feats ever was in Libya. Hillary and Obama were tasked by/Soros to hire 250k Mideast terror types to totally destroy the country.It was destroyed because Qaddafi had revitalized the country into a modern well run place.People had homes were given all kinds of money to go to college, get married,have kids,had health insurance,and he was getting read to make a garden out of the desert using an underground river (which was later destroyed by terrorists). Qaddafi was also going to create a new dinar backed by gold which he had tons of.

SInce Soros was a currency speculator and when he got through destroying a currency the paper was near worthless yet still claimed value.A currency backed by gold would have cost him trillions.It could not exist in his world.

Long story short over a half million were killed in what became to be knows as the Libyan model.All assets were missing and the destruction of Lybia is know known as "the Libyan model" for taking down countries by the cabal.

So yes supporting Castro,al baghdaddi and others like ben Laden was just a sideline for the CIA.Their main business was smuggling drugs,weapons and most anything on a world wide basis which started in Mena ark and continues today from Afghanistan to and all over the world.
