Jury nullification is what I worry about. Where will the trial be located?
If any trial is in D.C., the chance of conviction seem slim to me.
I dunno, but maybe that is why McCabe is holding out for trial??

There has been numerous articles in the Wash Post over the last 5 or 10 years how DC juries routinely acquit defendants of all kinds of crime - from petty larceny to murder. They just can't send another black person to jail.

DC's black population is actually under 50% now due to the influx of young white workers into the city.

But these are not black folks that may be on trial. Anyway, my guess is that the trials should be in Conn and I am assuming the trials should be in Conn, but judges can change the location if they wish.
