Brady material is more broad than “exonerate,” it is a “tends to” sort of thing, anything favorable to the defense. It isn’t necessary that any one thing turn the case, a pile of little things may add up to that. Questioning the integrity of a witness for example, doesn’t change their testimony, it just changes how the trier of fact weighs that evidence.

Most of you hate lawyers, but as I often say, lawyers are the last line of defense against government running over people. You better believe it, too. We fight government overrach and corruption on a daily basis.
It reminds me of the Duke Lacrosse players where one lawyer representing one of the young men had to dig and dig through reams of discovery that was released (eventually, but not at first) to find that there was hidden in the details the exculpatory evidence that Nifong knew about but hid.
This is even worse than that case.
Then the Democrats have forced a situation where Trump has to become a dictator to prevent them from installing their own dictator. The only difference is, Trump has to do it in such a way that would attract the instant condemnation of the world, where the Democrats can cover themselves with closed-door proceedings and fraudulent elections and be fully supported in their coup by the international MSM.
I’m trying to imagine what “stunning Barr/Durham revelations” could short-circuit the whole process and shock the complicit media into silence. What I see instead are a whole lot of RINO politicians who like their quiet contributions from Qatar and the cartels and aren’t going to let all of that go just to save a blowhard outsider from Queens that they never liked, anyway.

If Flynn is cleared and the prosecutors are nailed for dirty games, Flynn will be able to sue for about as much as Trump’s net worth.
I SOOOO want to see Andrew Weissman thrown in jail - after disbarment, of course - for his years of abuse of his position. Thousands lost their jobs because of him, and several people were put in jail and died because of him. He needs to have some earthly justice, and so does our legal system - to prevent more like him from coming along.

Except that Papadopoulos didn’t seem to do anything deserving of jail time. The opposite is true of he likes of Brennen, Clapper, etc.
Sidney Powell should be Trump’s lawyer instead of Gulliani.
