In a stunning move, he ordered the states public utilities regulator to explore potential grounds for revoking the companys license.
He also slammed his own agency, the Public Service Commission, for not preventing customers from become pipeline pawns, CBS2s Marcia Kramer reported Thursday

You don’t want drilling in the state or pipelines from out of state. The only other gas sources are magical unicorn farts or the natural eminations of politicians. So you want to to be hooked up, Governor?
Cuomo sounds like Hiltler having one of his tirades in that Bunker clip.
It is going to cold real soon I guess the good people of New York.
Can heat their homes with cake.
Good move d##head, will we give it to a minority contract? An equality driven more diverse, environmentally sound company with no track record and no idea where anything is? Welcome to the new California where rolling black outs are an excuse for redistributing money to illegals and free programs
So Gov. Cuomo is jealous of the fine way California has regulated energy companies, and wants to emulate Californias success.
Cuomo in NY and Newsom in CA = “Dumb & Dumber”...just can’t decide who is who...tough call! Neither seem to get “You broke it, you own it”. (Among a lot of other things).
“Cuomo sounds like Hiltler...”
Most liberal politicians are only a step or two from full-blown dictator. They struggle to keep those demons hiding inside...until the right time arrives to let them loose. We’re almost to that right time.
“He slammed his own agency, the PSC, the regulator of state utilities, for not riding heard on National Grid...”
“...riding heard...”
Hah. My proofing skills are slim, but you’d think someone actually getting paid to proof would catch that...

apparently aside from a special set aside classification the only skill set required of semi-literate proof readers is the ability to find the drop down and locate the Spell Check choice. Recall the "hampster" issue...despite being shown the correct spelling, the young 1/57 gender insistented that she had always spelled hamster with a p and by golly dhe wasn't taking guff from her boss.
Running the article through spell check is considered proof reading by today’s “journalists”.
There's not much light between him and Maduro of Venezuela, who he is emulating here.
Fredo Senior.
My youngest kid, as an urchin, pronounced “baptism” as “bapatism”. We still use the word occasionally because it was so darn cute. But, I better never see it in writing from her (in a serious paper).
My oldest kid, in law school, let the word “statue” slip thru on one of her turned-in papers...versus “statute”. Highly embarrassing for her after being dinged for it. I’m pretty sure she spell-checks for the word “statue” with every paper she writes now.
“The gov bans all fracking and new pipelines in NY State, and then wonders why there is a shortage of energy. DOH! “
It is worse than that.
The guy bans all fracking, BLOCKS the new pipeline and yet demands the company deliver more gas than the current pipeline into the state is intended to deliver.
The company asserts that if it adds customers in the local NY grid system but cannot add a new pipeline into the state, it will cause the utility at some point to shut off some customers to protect the pressure in the system. Cuomo does not have a brain that can understand that.
True - I know a number of New Yorkers who have wood-burning heating systems and ancillary pellet burning stoves...not odd to see multiple cords of wood stacked up in back yards.
Next up will be to ban all wood burning and tell people to hit the homeless shelters when their houses are too cold...
Shut off the power to NYC for a day as part of the implementation of Cumo’s order.
PA is booming and western NY is a ghost town... All because NY let a bunch of city slickers tell the rest of the state, nope, you can’t have economic opportunity or decision making about your own lives.
Hey, you forgot about Phil "I'm a dickhead" Murphy, here in New Jersey.
