Sounds like Flynn’s defense was either incompetent or part of the plot. Remember that Rosenstein at the request of Mueller (read Weissmann) amended the scope of the investigation to include Flynn’s son. The whole thing makes my blood boil. I hope Durham and Barr take the time to read the entire filing. Anyone who participated in this lynching should be charged.
I anticipate that Powell’s revelations will dominate the news on Fox today along with the Durham criminal investigation. It appears the timing of the news about the change of the nature of the investigation and Horowitz’s notification to Congress about the release of the IG report were not coincidental. Hopefully, this is all being orchestrated for maximum effect.
It will be interesting to see how this affects Schiff’s impeachment plans. The dynamic has changed.

I think Schiff will include the durham investigation as part of his so called impeachment inquiry by saying it is an example of Trump’s abuse of power. He’ll try to question all involved in the investigation as to any conversations with Trump. Full constitutional crisis.
