PG&Es deliberate blackouts are terrible, especially when they occur in areas where winds are nonexistent or minimal ... but what is truly worse and is starting to really wear thin with a growing number of people is worrying every single night whether youll get that robocall or text that warns of a possible PG&E deliberate blackout ... and there is never any indication of how long the PG&E deliberate blackout will last! The first notification of when power will be restored is usually when the lights come back on! This is agonizing and, for most of the massive areas affected by the PG&E deliberate blackouts, is completely unnecessary.
Oh, and PG&E instituted a rate increase effective October 1st.
