I have yet to find or see “the dark web”.
Not sure it exists.
It exists, very few people have cause or reason to access it unless they are terrorists, perverts or want to order drugs/illegal weapons by mail, I doubt what is on the dark web will receive a significant audience.
It’s like dark matter. You just have to believe.
I’ve never gone on the dark web either-one of my relatives who is a LEO told me the only reason anyone goes there is if they are a terrorist, or other criminal-to buy illegal s*** to commit crimes like weapons, drugs, bomb making stuff, etc or to hire someone to do things in the dark of night-a thief/conman or a sicario, etc-but since that is the kind of stuff Hillary does, she probably knows her way around the dark web-maybe someone has a video of her ordering an arkancide...
This sounds like something out of catch 22. It is one the dark web, it comes and goes, you can’t see it or pull it up but it is horrible and caused me to lose! Yep, that must be it!
It does and if you don’t know what you are doing there you become another data hub for the hackers.
