The man who called 911 to report his marijuana plants were being stolen — a call that led to the shooting death of El Dorado County sheriff’s Deputy Brian Ishmael on Wednesday — has been arrested on a charge of involuntary manslaughter, jail records show.

Sources have said that suspect’s full name is Juan Carlos Vasquez Orozco.
The other suspect believed to have been tending the garden, Ramiro Bravo Morales, 22, was booked into jail on a charge of being an accessory.
Buried way deep in the article because it does not fit the narrative of the ultra liberal Sacramento Bee is the fact that the shooters of the two sheriffs officers were illegal aliens from Mexico. All too common event in the Sacramento area for an illegal alien to murder law enforcement officers. Notice how the Sacramento Bee labels the men as Mexican Citizens and not as migrants.
I have watched a few episodes of a program about that County.
The deputies strike me as way over the top, constantly yelling at suspects and also innocent people who happen to be at the same location. Ordering them to go to all kinds of gyrations with large number of guns aimed at them with fingers on the triggers.
Just begging for an accidental shooting.
Something else that smells here is that the on-duty El Dorado County deputy was accompanied by an off-duty San Joaquin deputy. So says all the stories on this shooting.

Read the article and don’t see how involuntary manslaughter could be the charge after they start firing on an officer.

I live counties further east of El Dorado county. I used to live 2 counties away when I was in N Calif.
The illegals re growing pot all over the National Forests.
The shiftless young males in that entire area are unemployable & are high or totally stoned most of their days.
They are very slow to respond to commands by the Deputies.
I am on the side of the Deputies. They have a thankless job trying to find all the illegal squatters, Pot farms run by the cartels, and the other idiots out in the forests.
