If I were that family I’d hire the biggest baddest MF attorney and sue them all the way to the Supreme Court. Even if I had to mortgage the house. This is beyond stupid for a school to treat an American citizen like this. I hope one of the gun organizations step in to help.
Very stupid thing to do on their part, they do gun owners a disfavor. Frankly, anyone that does that in this day and age is a little unstable. Don’t feel sorry for them at all.

Just curious, since gangs use guns daily in the U.S., are kids suspended from school for flashing gang signs? Or is that perfectly A-OK in public schools?

This first picture is simply asking for trouble. No surprise the school acted.
Look at the photo. With the masks and flag in the background? It was stupid of them to post that. In today’s climate, had the school not looked into this it would have been much worse. I don’t like it. It was probably innocent, but there’s been too many instances where post like this were ignored and later regretted. The kids should have known better.
