HARRISBURG Pennsylvania state senators have voted unanimously to transfer control of what had been the lieutenant governors residence at Fort Indiantown Gap to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.
The Senate voted Wednesday to send the House a bill directing the property be used to support veterans programs and National Guard families.

He tweeted the following:
Pennsylvania does not owe me or my family a staffed mansion to live in. The supreme honor and privilege of serving as your LG is many, many multiples more than enough.
By God that's what elected people from OUR side of the aisle should be doing. Yet almost none of them do. This is going to resonate with voters, and don't be surprised if it lands he and his party in power.

The ultra lib in there now is more than PA can take!!
BTW-Any PA freepers think it’s odd we didn’t hear much about our current Governors becoming muslim??
Peculiar we heard virtually nothing on that?? Hmmm?
WHAT??
I am convinced that one of them will eventually pardon Mumia Abu-Jamal.

Contact him and offer to throw a pig roast fundraiser for him.
I live six miles away and my kids went swimming there when Mark Singel was Lt. Governor and our kids were in Cub Scouts together.
That place a beautiful! It is a granite mansion with a gated entrance and old growth pines all around it. I see turkey and deer in and around it all the time.
The PA National Guard is there at Ft. Indiantown Gap as is the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
I live in a beautiful place in PA! Even with the A-10’s and artillery dropping ordinance nearby.
It’s a great area, isn’t it!!
I love the A-10’s though!!
Awesome idea!!!
