I saw her in person from 4’ away in Amherst, NH in the 4th of July parade. I agree, her body type is exactly as you describe. She looks much better on TV than in natural sunlight. Her facial skin needs serious soft focus.
That women in the red bikini is a doppelganger. If you Google search images of her. Those come up. They look similar. I assumed she aged so gravity and metabolism slowing had changed her. However, her lower half got larger and her breasts shrank. That usually only happens after women have kids.
Google steered me to Padma Lakshmi’s photo. When you go to Gabbard’s swimsuit photo, all you see are Padma photos with Gabbard’s name captioned underneath. This has to be a joke on Gabbard.
