In case anyone needs a refresher the 1st forbids the Federal government from passing laws restricting speech. That’s it, very simple but profoundly powerful. Facebook, Twitter, Google can not violate the 1st. AOC unless passing legislation cannot violate the 1st. Only the government can violate the first.
