Sorry but this was a poorly chosen word by POTUS. The word lynching is/has been racially loaded for decades.
You are are weak link. Toughen up.
No one is going to tell me what words I can or can not use.
I will not cede my right to use any word because someone believes they have exclusive ownership.

You are having you speech controlled and limited by the Left. Trump isnt.
Who the f are the Leftist ms to demand you cant say this? Why would you give them power? When they know they can control you, you turn into Pierre Delecto.
Lynching is the correct word for what the democrats are trying to do to Trump. After all, the democrats have been using lynching for many years. Didn’t the democrats lynch many black men? Don’t democrats have a well documented history of lynchings?
Today democrats are harassing Trump, as they work up to the final lynching that they call impeachment.
BS the leftist rats don’t get to own a word.
“The word lynching is/has been racially loaded for decades.”
“...(of a mob) kill (someone), especially by hanging, for an alleged offense with or without a legal trial.”
Hmmmm, definition has absolutely no “racial” inference or designated connotation attached.
If you choose to allow the left define words for you that your problem.

The verb comes from the phrase “Lynch Law”, a term for a punishment without trial. Two Americans during this era are generally credited for coining the phrase: Charles Lynch (1736-1796) and William Lynch , who both lived in Virginia in the 1780s.
Don’t be a snowflake.
Your tender sensibilities are a hoot!
Who knew, mad_as_he$$ is politically correct.
I would have to disagree with that.
As another post with the definition of “lynch” pointed out, there is nothing inherently racial about it unless someone specifically makes it so (which admittedly, the Left does, but...they do that with nearly any word.)
I have often read in books of “lynchings” which involved a mob of people and a victim...often with no mention of race or color.
That I have seen it used in primarily a racist connotation by the Left cements it for me.
This is obviously a sore point for me-I am so anti-political correctness that I border on wanting to say un-politically correct things just to piss certain people off.
I usually manage to avoid it, but not always.

You’re right. PDJT should have been more niggardly in its use.
