The Anti-bigamy statutes are going to absolutely get struck down, it’s only a matter of time. After gay marriage and the consenting adults talking point saturating everything, there’s nothing left to uphold the law.

Because of what's happened re a man "marrying" a man, and a woman "marrying" a women, what would be the reason to deny 5 people from marrying one another (aside from being under age)?
For that matter, what's to prevent cousins, or even siblings from "marrying?"
What are they going to argue...that a brother and sister can't have children? As if a man and a man can having their own biological children is even possible.
Once they ruled for a marriage...any marriage, outside of a man and a women, there is no legal impediment left for any combination of "consenting adults."
I'm just shocked that such other combinations haven't tested the waters as of yet.
