He has no freedom at all. Everything he eats, drinks, wears, is decided by rules set in iron. Everywhere he goes, everything he says publicly, is decided for him by imperial bureaucrats.
He’ll never be able to walk into a bar and order a beer, walk down the street listening to his iPod, or just go to the park and just hang out with buddies. Ever.
