Why should makeup be allowed? No-one needs makeup. Seems to be a distraction to the mission.
Guys should band together and start wearing clown face makeup. Can you imagine inspection of the troops and all the guys are wearing clown makeup?

This is wrong on every level. This is not a Navy I would want anything to do with. I’m sure the other branches will do the same thing.
Why not just do away with male and female bathrooms/showers and let the troops/sailors do what comes natural to 16-40 year olds?
Once everyone has the same STD’s it will be easy to simply treat everyone for the same thing.
