Criminals should not be placed in jail. They should be placed in coffins.
It looks like Mexico needs their own Duterte to go after the Cartel’s. It’s the only strategy that will work to defeat them.
It seems they’re going after the drug lords and corrupt officials. I was there in 2007 and read of a police chief and his officers operating as bandits going after farmers after market day. The man who I had drive me around became hooked on shabu shabu ended up destroying his life and his family too.
The people forced him to run for President.
He was happy being a 22 year mayor of Davao City and did his best to refuse the Presidency, but he's a President Trump in tenacity regarding criminality in politics and drugs.
