Duterte was the best thing to happen in the Philippines.
The people forced him to run for President.
He was happy being a 22 year mayor of Davao City and did his best to refuse the Presidency, but he's a President Trump in tenacity regarding criminality in politics and drugs.
Read his Wiky ... if they haven't changed it ... "I will kill the drug pushers"
He is on video many times saying he will kill those that push drugs.
"We're a small group of islands and you're killing the mothers and fathers of my nation .... I will kill you first"
