I agree that she is not very smart - more likely “the world’s most devious woman” - behind the curtains is an apt description.. I do believe that she is probably behind everything ‘Trump’ - from early 2016 to now, including Russiagate, Spygate, the Steele Dossier, Fusion GPS, Mueller, Ukraine, impeachment, et al. BUT, I agree that designing these operations are beyond her ken; rather I would suspect Sidney Blumenthal and John Brennan for operational planning. They were careless because she couldn’t lose.
