True, they get a kick back from the out-sourcing firm. I hired an Indian. He tried to get me to use an out-sourcing firm. He went above my head and got the head office to allow the out-sourcing firm. So, he got 20 people hired. I fired him. He fought like hell to keep his job until the end of the year. I refused and he was gone. I later found out his kick back was subject to his being at our company until the end of the year. So he never got his kick back.
