The cop should be tried, convicted, AND executed as example to all cops to respect private gun owners, to respect civilians, to protect and serve, not spot and kill.Calm down. It was bad, terrible police work, and a totally avoidable accident. Her family has an air tight civil case against the city. But it was not murder IMO.

There was no “accident”.
The possibility of an “accident” ended completely when donutwatch snuck around the house without announcing himself.

This was murder, pure and simple. The cop trespassed, snuck around with gun drawn, and murdered the homeowner. There is no defense. That he was a police officer is no defense. That she was black woman is no defense. He committed murder.
