There is no one antiChrist. "AntiChrist" is anyone who works against The Savior. Incredibly, we/somebody has given all of Western civilization over to antiChrists. Including America. And in just 60 short years.

When I was a kid the various government agencies competed with each other to see who could make the prettiest manger scene on govt property at Xmas. Signs: "Worship at the church of your choice, but worship." Etc.

Amazing how far we've fallen.

1 John 2:18: Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

1 John 2:22: Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.

1 John 4:3: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

2 John 7: For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

Don't confuse the spirit of antichrist with the Man of Sin. The spirit of antichrist, yes, has been here since the days of Christ. But the Antichrist, the Beast and the False Prophet are both taken alive at the Second Coming of Christ. The 19th chapter of Revelation is clear about this.

Some of us call him the Antichrist because it's easier to say than the son of perdition, the little horn, etc.

Now one can fairly call him "the Beast" but there are references to a political beast and a false prophet beast. So just for shorthand.
