A screen capture from a video, not the best pic, looks like the wheel was damaged in the wreck.

I wonder if the car was a stolen vehicle.

Thanks. If you brighten up that pic there seems to be some protrusions on the passenger side front fender of the vehicle. Maybe bullets attempting to come through from the other side. Mirror looks dented, maybe hole in ps windshield, but that looks a little to clean for a bullet hole.
