I feel pretty safe in saying that most Americans cant tell you off the top of their head who the Kurds are or what the U.S. relationship with them is let alone how that factors into Iran, Russia, China, Turkey and Syria.
Without explaining as much, the topic of President Trumps abandonment of the Kurds and how it will surely put a resurgence of the Islamic extremist terrorist group ISIS on Trumps shoulders, has dominated news coverage for much of the past week.
Now comes word from ABC News that it has pulled down video that aired on its flagship broadcasts, which claimed to show a slaughter by Turkey on the Syrian border after President Trumps announced withdrawal of U.S. troops.
ABC correspondent Ian Panell reported on Sunday that the video obtained by ABC News, appears to show the fury of the Turkish attack on the border town of Tal Abyad two nights ago.
The pictures show massive explosions lighting up the night sky. But it turns out ABC may have been hoodwinked, according to its own account.
A tweet issued by ABC News on Monday morning reads: CORRECTION: Weve taken down video that aired on World News Tonight Sunday and Good Morning America this morning that appeared to be from the Syrian border immediately after questions were raised about its accuracy. ABC News regrets the error.

The video they show of Ian Panell is sharp and clear.
Then they show grainy, blurry, and shaky video allegedly of Turkey attacking the Kurds.
When I see this I wonder, with the quality of resolution on cameras today, why is the footage so bad? Why is it out of focus and with distorted color?
Why such a glaring difference in video quality between Ian Panell reporting and footage of the attacks? They also include short clips of footage from someone holding a camera or smartphone that is pure amateur and unwatchable. Is this also fake to make it look like amateur video and therefore authentic?
It was obvious to me from the start something wasn't right. The quality of video of Ian Panell reporting and the footage of alleged attacks never matched in quality.
On the contrary. It just exposes for all to see a practice they’ve been engaging in for decades.
bttt
They probably edited the sound in that video as well to take out the voice saying “hold my beer and watch this”.
Everybody watches the accusations and nobody sees the retractions.
They “regret the error”.
I will believe that when the entire Board of Directors fires all senior executives and then resigns.
They own it.

The Hill lies.
The video was placed carefully by ABC Spews. They wanted everyone to believe it was Turks attacking Kurds.
They got caught.
When you watch any driveby media story, always ask yourself, “What bullshit are they trying to feed me now?”
Never take what they say for face value. It is all designed to push the narrative.
Cast as the victim.
'Tis America who has been hoodwinked, time and time again by these dishonest bastards!
ABC regrets getting caught. They don’t regret the error.
I heard that they also put a banner on the bottom of the screen to cover the heads of people at the event.
If true, this was deliberate and not a mistake.

Yeah . . . Right . . .
Exactly thats why Schiff read the fabrication at the hearing. He knew the nets would run it as true on the nightly news. Millions saw the lie and the truth is whispered the next day.
I think the crowd at the bottom of the video all holding up their cell phones would have raised some questions.
The Knob Creek Gun Range people are having huge fun with this bit of ABC fake news. And theyre getting tons of free publicity.

If they were hoodwinked, which is doubtful, they sure can be hoodwinked easily, which would prove their ignorance, that being almost as bad as the more likely intentional devious hoodwinking committed by themselves.
It's only a regrettable "error" because they got caught.

The MSM needs to be protested on every street corner, in every town, all across the U.S.
People need to wake up from their spell and realize just about everything they "report" is distorted, biased, or just a flat out lie.
This story is a perfect example.
It shows how they try to stir up emotions and that they (MSM) do lie.
