George HW Bush got it. He understood quite a bit, and was good for his time.
However GW Bush did not understand China. He just did not, so he focused on the Middle East.
China was completely enabled, during the last 30 years.
Both parties. Everyone.
Trump FINALLY gets it. But this is a very serious challenge, and our “leadership” needs to STOP SELLING US OUT.
