NEW YORK (AP) — The whistleblower at Cambridge Analytica, the data-mining firm linked to using social media for targeted political ads, has a book deal.

Christopher Wylie’s “Mindf(asterisk)ck: Cambridge Analytica and the Plot to Break America” will be published Oct. 8, Random House announced Monday. Wylie is a former research director at Cambridge who alleged the company had illegally accessed data of millions of Facebook users that was used to support the election of Donald Trump. Cambridge was founded by such conservative power brokers as billionaire Robert Mercer and former White House aide Steve Bannon. Wylie’s allegations have led to investigations and hearings in the U.S. and the United Kingdom.

The only reason to post this is to show how lucractive whistleblowing is. I saw a bunch of comments on the Schiff fake WB threads saying there is no WB, all made up etc etc But there was an actual form filled out by an actual person and eventually sent to the IG who decided (incorrectly) that it was "urgent" and sent it along to Schiff.

The "urgent" designation was possible because the IG changed the form instructions to remove the requirement for first hand information for an urgent complaint. They posted their "reasoning" in this letter https://www.dni.gov/files/ICIG/Documents/News/ICIG%20News/2019/September%2030%20-%20Statement%20on%20Processing%20of%20Whistleblower%20Complaints/ICIG%20Statement%20on%20Processing%20of%20Whistleblower%20Complaints.pdf The prior form and the new form both allowed second hand information. That was not changed. But the instructions were changed: In the process of reviewing and clarifying those forms, and in response to recent press inquiries regarding the instant whistleblower complaint, the ICIG understood that certain language in those forms and, more specifically, the informational materials accompanying the forms, could be read – incorrectly – as suggesting that whistleblowers must possess first-hand information in order to file an urgent concern complaint with the congressional intelligence committees. That is obviously complete BS. They made the change to help justify their coup attempt. But the whole thing stinks.

The whole episode is contrived after the Mueller fizzle by the deep state and Schiff's staff and as fake as it gets. But there is a real person. They did it because they hate Trump and they will get paid very handsomly.

The 18 days allowed them to cover their tracks, and also call the IG and say- hey send that complaint along! Shifty knew the complaint was there and demanded it.
