Sounds like a really dumb idea to me. If Biden broke laws, it would not be appropriate to release them to the public. It would destroy any legal case that could be made.

Bravo! And it could also contain some sensitive information going public which is illegal to have been done to Trump thus violating OPSEC and COMSEC restrictions. So it would be illegal happening to Biden.
