The biggest difference between the primary and the upcoming
runoff is that a lot of the local parish races were decided
and thus only the gov race will be on the ballot. That said
most likely turnout will be lower.
Let us hope Republicans in LA make sure they vote and get their friends and family members to the Voting booth.
