I live in Alabama and follow politics closely. I’ve never heard of Arnold Mooney.
Arnold Mooney (Republican) is a member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing District 43. Mooney was elected to the office on November 4, 2014.Mooney announced on May 6, 2019, that he would run for Alabama's U.S. Senate seat in 2020.[1]
Mooney was an at-large delegate to the 2016 Republican National Convention from Alabama.
