The rest of the planet can and does discriminate about many and any things. It is pretty much only in the USA that there are protected classes of people. Unfortunate for this company that they are operating here now. They will be sued and they will lose.
When you bring foreigners in, they will want change the country to the sh!thole where they came from. For Indians, it’s nepotism and caste and attitudes of superiority. H1B is a fraud upon the professionals of this country by the owners and ruling class.
The politicians, unbelievably, want to expand it, thus gutting the wages of the IT and engineering professionals. Mike Lee, I’m looking at you.
