We need to get the message out that liberals are fighting to keep criminals and gang bangers OFF of the Red Flag lists.

If one is too unstable to have a firearm then he/she is too unstable to be wandering around "unsupervised"....meaning that he/she should be in a locked psychiatric facility.

All 50 states *and* the District of Columbia have well established, and long established, laws and procedures in place giving police, health care professionals and courts the authority to take into custody...on an emergency basis...any person that he,she or it determines requires urgent psychiatric treatment and deliver that person, against his/her will (and without any "court order") to a locked psych facility.

Red flag laws are incremental gun control/confiscation.

Red Flag laws don’t provide any penalty for a false or malicious complaint. The law will be a way to get even on a personal level or a great way for activists to harass gun owners.

As a father of someone who has epilepsy I have to disagree. At one point he obtained a rifle through a friend and then he was belligerent, firing across a road and falling off of a porch during an seizure. Tried to get help from local law and lawyer, I was told there was nothing that could be done.
