But I don’t get it. I agree with everything you say about FNC. But last night POTUS gave a great, wide, far-ranging shout out and accolade to Fox. Was that merely an attempt to coax Fox back toward the center a bit?

Greg Gutfeld called them out on this poll on The Five.

“Didn’t Shep report this poll with glee?”

Also, there are rumors he helped skew the numbers behind the scenes — perhaps relating to his sudden exit this week.

(Last time I posted this, I wrote he “fudged” the numbers, which someone pointed out later.)

The two blondies — Shannon Bream and Martha McCallum — disgust me. Something about their understated cattiness about everything Trump.

Yes. It’s called “sucking up”. I don’t think it’ll work with Paul Ryan being a big cheese at Fox now.

It is interesting that analysts are just now cathing up. Fox polling has been unreliable for years.

I heard him say nice things about the morning show, Fox and Friends.

Thank you, I really appreciate that.

Occasionally, something causes the muscles in my lower back to tighten to such an extent that it literally twists my whole torso, and I cannot untwist it. It almost looks like I have scoliosis, but it’s not quite so dramatic as that.

Last night I took some alieve and some aspirin, and I am more mobile this morning and min much less pain, so yay!

It’s not a serious topic. It’s silly nonsense.

Respectfully, I disagree. Machines don’t have rights, people do. To publish books, magazines, newspapers and blogs is beyond the financial means of most people. Finally, if we are guaranteed freedom of the press, why are conservative voices severely curtailed?

So why don’t they just use a sample size of 100-0-0 (D-R-I) ?

Respectfully, I disagree. Machines don’t have rights, people do.

The same is true for the 2nd amendment.

Guns don't have rights, people do.

You have the right to keep and bear arms, and you have the right to publish.

Look at what Thomas Paine was able to do with a simple pamphlet like Common Sense.

if we are guaranteed freedom of the press, why are conservative voices severely curtailed?

The right to own a press (like the right to own a gun), doesn't obligate one to use it for public good. If one wants to be protected, one doesn't rely on his neighbor's gun, he gets his own.

If one wants his opinions heard, he can't rely on his neighbor's printing press, he has to get his own.

Today, this has been replaced with blogging. Letters to the editor are now comments sections in articles (this is an example of using someone else's press -- they can shut off the comments if they want).

Somebody invented Facebook, somebody invented Twitter. Sure, they've become subverted, but they are modern examples of freedom to publish, and they've become modern examples of partisan press, like the National Gazette and Gazette of the United States were in the 1790s.

"Why are conservative voices severely curtailed?" Because nobody has stepped up to create a friendly partisan platform to rival the others. Some are trying now, but how long did it take Facebook and Twitter to reach the critical mass it has today?

In the meantime, we have resources like FreeRepublic, and blog technology to form individual sites like American Thinker, Townhall.com, Conservative Treehouse, Allahpundit, Newsmax, Gateway, etc.
