It seems to me that any legislation that forbades this or forbades that takes a back seat to a national emergency. I mean, if a law says that the military cannot be stationed at, say the southern border, BUT an invading force masses on the other side, the law that forbades it is countervailing to the national interest. Right?

Don’t these “judges” realize that they are undermining “judges” If political nitwits rule such as this, no one with even one functioning brain cell will have any respect for “judges”.
