We’ve been caught in heavy traffic on it a few times, and you can actually feel it moving as you sit there in traffic when 18-wheelers in the other lane go whizzing by. Underneath it, one can how dated the superstructure is. If ever there was a bridge needing replacing, it’s that one.
FWIW, we no longer use it if we can help it and use the I-210 bypass bridge instead.
