I respectively disagree with your assumption.
That is the equivalent of telling someone to never speak of Jesus to the lost. Christians were all lost until they heard and listened; then, and only then, were they able to make the decision to accept or reject the Truth of Christ.
Many on the liberal sites have never actually heard unedited discussions/speeches from Pres Trump. These sites will afford them the opportunity to hear his speak. It may very well take several times and it may appear they are not taking in the words. If those folks who accepted Candidate Trump’s words as his promise for American hesitated to make bold moves, how much more oppressed would be those who are directly in the opposing camp?
Wherever Pres Trump is able to get his message is a good place. Even if it is only a few, those few one day may become great proponents for Pres Trump and encourage many from their side of the battlefield to listen to the man.
I was speaking of exclusively conservative sites - where we would only be preaching to the choir and thus not really winning any converts there. If you read my replies here in more detail, you will see that I am actually in agreement with you!
