Any American can get a license. If you want to compare this to 2A, coordination and strict range rules are heartily agreed to (and enforced, at unstaffed locations) by shooters. Strict cease-fire rules and many others. Limits on number of shooters per lane. Maximum caliber. Possibly rate of fire. Drawing from holster, or not. At indoor ranges, many more limitations.

Only one transmitter can be keyed at at time, on a channel (except in some advanced digital scenarios such as I mentioned - and even then, only so much information can be carried at a time, per channel). Access control and regulation are needed.

Traffic rules.

Try to cope with the situation as it is. When SHTF, be as courteous and virtuous as possible while you break the rules.

But what they are doing is regulating the use of a tool that everyone should have the right to keep and bear and use when needed at our own personal discretion, not range rules. Again, not the whole spectrum, just one thin slice...

So if your range only allowed you to use one particular fire arm and only that one particular firearm unless you pay extortion fees to use anything you like that would be fair? So you can own a firearm but never discharge it ANYWHERE unless you have been approved to do so by the range and the government?

Yep, we need more of that self restricting mentality for sure in the 2nd amendment argument. No wonder this country is going to hell. No one is willing to stand up against unfair and unjust laws. Free communications are just as important as the right to keep and bear arms.
