There is a difference between samples that are skewed Democratically, and respondents who answer Democratically. With a 48% D sample, the answers will definitely lean towards the Democrat position,
How the sample population was constructed shoudn't matter based on registered or likely voters, unless they think that 48% of registered people are Democrats but only about 35% are likely to vote. If that's the case, then why care what the 13% think?

And despite the crap, independents are still leaning towards Trump.

I have noticed in every poll since I’ve been following polls in the Bush-Clinton race in 92 that registered voters polls always favor Democrats and Democrats positions. Never fails.

I believe you. I wonder if they use registered voter polls for their push-polling agendas (unless they're willing to take the credibility hit for using Adult polling) because it's a more loosely defined population?

I didn't include the "don't know" responses. I only counted the positive or negative response, where the categories expressed an opinion.
Generally, the "don't know" response is largest with the independent group, which is why it's important to track the changes of this group over time. Will they break for Trump or for the Democrats? If the "favorable/unfavorable" spread is greater than the "don't know," then that's good news for Trump.
That said, this Fox News sample has a very small independent sub-group compared to other polls., making the swing of the independent "don't knows" less impactful to the overall results.
The full set of numbers is in the link at the top of the thread.

Don’t trust anything Fox quotes. What kind of news company would hire Ms. Donna Brazile, an admitted liar and intentionally defruded the American People for political gain. Then, Fox hires Leslie Marshall and Jessica Tarlov, both of whom are so far out in left field, they cannot see homeplate and seem to be anti-American regardless of subject matter. Then hire Paul Ryan, a worthless politician who was bought off and left politics once he made his fat retirement check and then fire Trey Gowdy because he went to work for President Trump. Fox has sold out the American conservative.

On The Five today, Greg Gutfeld shot holes into the impeachment poll. He pointed out how they over sampled Dems. He said he didnt care if it was a Fox poll, it was bad.

What I find fascinating is that even though it's grossly skewed, they can't hide the fact that independents are leaning towards President Trump.
Just imagine what a fair poll would show.

If they do it on a weekday during working hours .... Dem dad on couch in mid afternoon on a weekday watching YouTube action movie on TV as his kid asks "Daddy, what does 'working hours' mean?"
Dad: "Nothing that concerns us. Get me another cold beer from the fridge, okay?"

Here's a real fact: your network hired Braun Research - which means you hired Hillary Clinton's 2016 regional campaign manager in PA to do a poll!
