Oh, I care alright, but I really care most deeply about is defeating the progs and deep state. If you knew what they had in store for patriots if Cankles had won, you wouldn't be pleading for justice over a little mis-communication.

Take the story as it is (mis)construed and run with it. Let the left debunk it as fake news. You can even try one of the standard rejoinders ie "conspiracy theory" to deflect & refute. Example:

Subject: Illegal accused of rape released. Leftist: That's fake news. You: Nice, advancing your pet conspiracy theory again.

See how this works? Don't give them an even break; they certainly don't/won't given the same opportunity.
