There is an old movie called “Wedlock”, 91 Rutger Hauer prison film , all inmates were given explosive collars and paired with an unknown other inmate and any inmate that got more than 100 meters past the boundary, him and his unknown mate collar blew, no wall or guards. they kept each other in the camp. sounds feasible now.

This is why I have been saying, since 9/11, we do not linger. We send our military to do the job, then get the hell out and tell the offending countries “If you do it again, or allow it to be done again from your soil, we will be back.”
