Yep, that is what I thought of when hearing about PG&E first shutting off the power.
“Who is John Galt.”
Second thing that comes to mind is our own Declaration of Independence:
“He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance.”
Everyone is griping about PG&E, and I’m sure they share some blame. But no one is talking about the California pols, CPUC, or CalEPA, who share a lot of it.
