Long time ago I spent the day at the UN at the invitation of people I knew who worked there. Had lunch in the delegates dining room,, watched all those earnest employees walking around the interminable halls whispering, as though in church. Saw delegates from African countries where the streets were literally paved in sh*t wearing thousand dollar suits and $10,000 watches....

And these idiots were going to tell me what I could and could not do? No Way!!

The building is rather nice, however. I can see it with a large TRUMP building sign at the top. Really I can.

I used to live in Seattle and contracted at Boeing for a while. There is a phrase there: Boeing pays, but pays so slowly that small contractors/suppliers have gone bankrupt waiting for Boeing to pay them.

But ... but ... I was just reading about UN Month in NYC where all the top end, really expensive restaurants were crammed to the gils with international ‘visitors’ whooping it up on US $. I guess I’m ok if they trim that budget just a bit.
