Yes. And with the server stored just the across the border from Russia, it would be easy for Russia to “hack into it.”
After all Democrats are accusing Russia of meddling in the 2016 election and their server is within a stones throw of Russia.

Maybe because they know that Russia didn’t hack into the server and they have nothing to worry about with Russia.
