I still think that he was photoshopped into that picture. No way his ego would allow him to be crammed into the corner, like an afterthought, while Hillary and Slow Joe get seats at the table like they are more important.

He was still on the golf course when they took that photo and they just added him into an open space in the photo later to cover for him.
