Interfering with an Aircraft is a Major Felony!! The pilot should have started the engine, I know the rotor would have been toats and maybe a lot more, but it would be the last time somebody tried this.

What they SHOULD have done is use a sawsall on an arm, to get him loose. Say, at the armpit...

Then, take their time about getting the twerp to an ambulance...
