As long as Biden stays in the race, Hillary is safe. I believe the goal is to recruit Hillary once the balloting process stalls. Give her minimum negative press, no debates and no campaign stops. She will be called the “Reluctant Warrior” and courageous for agreeing to save the country from Trump.
